"Lady Virilada, medicine?" I slightly opened my eyes, and there stood that handsome elf. He was looking at me with compassion with his big blue eyes, holding out a spoon with medicine.

"What is this?" I asked cautiously, not ruling out the possibility that he might also be trying to kill me.
