EpicBooks reserves the right to remove or delete any User Content that violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise objectionable, in its sole discretion.
    5. User Conduct You agree to use EpicBooks in a manner that is lawful and appropriate. Ownership All content and materials on EpicBooks, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of EpicBooks or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any of the content or materials on EpicBooks without the express written consent of EpicBooks or its licensors.

User Content License By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or through EpicBooks, you grant EpicBooks a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based on, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit in any manner such User Content in all formats and distribution channels now known or hereafter devised (including in connection with EpicBooks and EpicBooks’s business and on third-party sites and services), without further notice to or consent from you, and without the requirement of payment to you or any other person or entity.

Trademarks “EpicBooks,” the EpicBooks logo, and any other product or service names, logos, or slogans that may appear on EpicBooks are trademarks of EpicBooks or its affiliates and may not be used without the prior written consent of EpicBooks. You may not use any metatags or other hidden text utilizing “EpicBooks” or any other name, trademark, or product or service name of EpicBooks without our prior written consent.
    4. Third-Party Content EpicBooks may provide links to third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by EpicBooks. EpicBooks does not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services. If you access any third-party website, service, or content from EpicBooks, you do so at your own risk and agree that EpicBooks will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third-party website, service, or content.
    5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EpicBooks, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of EpicBooks, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms of Use.

    8. Termination EpicBooks may terminate or suspend your access to all or any part of EpicBooks at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of EpicBooks.
    9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms of Use or EpicBooks shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Cyprus International Arbitration Centre.

General Terms

  1. Entire Agreement These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and EpicBooks and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms of Use.
  2. Waiver and Severability The failure of EpicBooks to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or arbitrator, the remaining provisions of these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect.

EpicBooks may freely assign or transfer these Terms of Use or its rights or obligations under these Terms of Use without restriction.
