I gathered my thoughts and sat down to write a letter to the real estate agency called "Forest Cottage."

"Good day, I'm interested in the house. I'm ready to buy, but I want to make some changes. I need a new roof, windows, and iron shutters, a satellite dish, safe doors, and a panic button for private security. I'll also need a new generator and plumbing work if necessary. Is this possible?" I inquired, finishing my message.

The response came within five minutes while I was staring at my laptop screen.

"Good day, dear buyer! We do not provide such services, but we are ready to pass your address to a private company that can handle everything mentioned above. We guarantee the integrity of the intermediary. Sincerely, your Forest Cottage," it read.
